I started Pack Performance to help people build strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness that carries into everyday life. My passion is especially centered on empowering women at every stage of their fitness journey, from first-time lifters to experienced athletes, to feel stronger, move better, and perform at their best.
As an athlete who has overcome significant injuries, I know firsthand how frustrating and isolating the process of rebuilding can be. That experience shaped my approach to training and recovery, and it’s the reason I care so deeply about helping others navigate their own path with confidence and support.
At Pack Performance, I focus on individualized training programs tailored to each person’s unique goals, lifestyle, and starting point. Through expert coaching, consistent guidance, and a focus on long-term progress, I create an environment that both challenges and supports you, so you can achieve results that last and feel strong doing it.
